NodeWorks Ocean generates GPU accelerated realistic, procedural ocean waves using spectrum models and without noticeable tiling. Multiple spectrum nodes can be layered and blended with Perlin noise masks to create localized variations—from calm waters to stormy seas directly within 3ds Max.
Simulate dynamic boat wakes, raindrop ripples, and other localized surface disturbances. Featuring two-way coupling, where objects influence the ocean surface and receive buoyant forces in return. Use NodeWorks PhysX for rigid body collisions, or Fibers to simulate ropes, chains, and anchors with realistic tension and attachment behavior.
